I have just signed up with egumball, and am hopeful that they will put me on the front page of google searches using a number of search terms important for my business. I spoke at length with a technician today, Scott, (not the salesperson I talked to initially) and he seemed extremely knowledgable about the nuts and bolts of SEO, and gave me specific advice for recommended changes to my website, which make perfect sense. They have also included me on their affiliate website, myserviceprofile.com, which they say is well trusted by google because all 6000 businesses on it have been verified. This alone, they say, will raise my search results. And they will do other things. The impressive thing about mysereviceprofile.com is that I will be the only listing in my town for a hotel or B&B. They say they don't want to compete against themselves, hence this exclusivity. Time will tell whether they can bring me from page 3 to page 1. I will submit another review when I know more. I would not have posted this rather inconclusive review, except that there were no reviews existing yet, and I wanted to share what little I know. Based on my sense of the obvious technical expertise of Scott, I will tentatively give this company 4 stars.
