Was in accident with a person insured by this company. They accepted responsibility for accident. That was a month ago. They have not paid the body shop the full amount. I am without a car and no one from this company will return any phone calls.
I have talked to a real person 3 times. I have called this company well over 20.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in any and all industries combined.
