worst insurance company period

Since 2003 they've been breaking the law. In 2004 they were examined by the CA Department of insurance and written up for 235 violations. I am currently working on a claim with them as we speak. It way have only been 2 weeks right now but there lack of
effort to resolve the issue has me prepared to start taking legal action once their 40 day time limit is up. They do not return phone calls or emails. They're rude when you speak to them over the phone. Xandra Garcia doesn't seem to exist. If you're researching
this company to see if you should insure with them, I advise you run.I have never worked with an insurance company that is this rude and lazy in my life.
