I was hit by an unisured driver with no license that was an illegal and this company is who I was insured through, they initally sent out an estimator that said there was only $450 worth of damage and to just pay out of pocket I said no this is why I have insurance and got a quote from the body shop for $1300 in damages. Took me over 3 months to get them to pay out after saying there was no police report, I made the whole thing up...etc. I faxed them my police report from the Oregon state Police 10 times and called every time after to confirm and just got Xandra Garcia's voice mail.When she did call back she was rude, unprofessional, and she made me feel like I was the one that was in the wrong and an inconvenience to her. After all this they raised my rates $80 a month so I was Glad to drop them!! Stay away at all costs!!!
