If you have never shipped a vehicle before, then you are now where I was not a week ago. Anxious, and hesitant, wondering who to trust. Of all the bids I received, some were for door-to-door service, others for terminal-to-terminal with a vague reference that direct delivery would be more. Some mentioned fuel surcharges, loading charges, drop-off charges, interstate transportation charges, levies, mandatory insurance and all sorts of nonsense.
One message stood out for being straight and honest. That was Wolfepack Auto Transport (Porter Ranch, CA 91326). Their quote was not the lowest but the most sensible. Their offer was door-to-door delivery with no additional charges or surprises. I remained skeptical and called with a list of questions. Their straight answers convinced me within a few minutes, and signed up on Friday 11/6/2009 at 3 PM.
The job was to transport a large pickup from Arlington, TX to Downingtown, PA - about 1500 miles. I was hopeful that the vehicle would be picked up sometime the following week, with delivery in the 7-14 day time-frame.
You can imagine my surprise when the driver called on Monday afternoon to say that the vehicle would be DELIVERED at 3 PM. That is 3 DAYS door-to-door over a weekend -- at least a week sooner than expected. There was no additional charges or suprises. This was fantastic service far exceeding my best expectations. They deserve my unconditional recommendation. Thanks team!
