They're informative and very helpful and keep you updated during the loan mod process. Loan mods are risky (on the homeowners behalf) and not fun to try to deal with on your own and arguing and begging and pleading with your lender. Williams Law Center handles all of that for you and takes away alot of the burden.
They were successful in modification of my loan and I highly, highly recommend them. Jennifer is very good at what she does.
