FRAUDS, FRAUDS, FRAUDS.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. THEY TOOK ON THE CASE FOR TWO OF MY HOUSES, CHARGED ME $5300.00, GUARANTEED ME BOTH LOAN MODIFICATIONS AND I HAVE SENSE LOST ONE OF THE HOUSES. Jennifer stated she knew the higher ups in Bank of America and was a respected attorney with them. Well Guess What? They didn't get anywhere with either of my loans, I'm not sure if they even tried. They told me up front they were going to audit both loan paper work and that is what I was paying for...(remember, loan mods aren't legally to be charged for....what was I thinking???) Anyway, when a person is in a desperate situation, they will do anything. After months and months of asking for the same paperwork, they told me the banks were doing illegal stuff and they needed additional funds for the audit. I copied my initial paperwork, sent it back and asked her for reimbursement??? Never heard from Jennifer again.
I lost one house and was able to get reinstated on the other....no lower payments, etc. Called and turned them into the Bar...This place is a scam.....DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!!
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STOP PAYING YOUR MORTGAGE WHEN A COMPANY TELLS YOU TO..THIS IS WHAT HER FIRM ADVISED....THIS IS ULTIMATELY WHY I LOST THE HOUSE I LOST. I WAS ONLY TWO MONTHS BEHIND AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD FORCE THEM TO MODIFY....WHAT A COMPLETE SCAM OF A COMPANY.
