This company doesn't deserve even one star. They never respond to your emails, support tickets, and the customer representatives on the phone are always busy and unreachable. I paid for a premium listing that never even showed up on there website. After almost 2 months, 4 support tickets, 2 emails, and talked to almost every customer representative there is and still they have yet to fix it or even contact me back. In two months I have had 2 people who has actually seen my website and one was the customer representative his self. In two months I have yet to see a single website sell or anyone buy anything. They do not have the traffic, buyers, or sellers to help anyone no matter if you are interested in buying or selling. All they do is take your money and you get absolutely nothing in return. Buyer beware...Stay away from this site and use Flippa or Digital Point to buy and sell your sites. Complete scam and a worthless company.
UPDATE: They refused to even acknowledge the BBB or any attempt to resolve it. They are still taking peoples money but that's all there doing. As of now they are not even answering there telephones nor responding to any other communication methods. SCAM and FRAUD ALERT!
