Very, very disappointed with the service I received. I took my vehicle in for an oil change on 3/17/09 and was told the axle needed to be changed. Then, the mechanic said I made a mistake, the oil engine sensor needs to be changed or the vehicle will stop anywhere. I went to pick up the vehicle and paid $763.07 (part on a credit card and part with a check that they deposited several days after my vehicle was damaged in the shop). I was told at that time that it was actually the gaskets that needed to be changed. When I went to pick up my Ford F-150, the mechanic started the vehicle and fliud spit out. The mechanic said one of two gaskets is bad and he has to order a new one. I had no choice but to leave the vehicle overnight. I received a call the next day and was told the vehicle is ready. I went to pick up the vehicle and while driving less than 1/2 a mile away, the vehicle started shaking really bad. I turned around and went back to the shop and told them the vehicle is shaking. The mechanic took the vehicle for a test drive, brings it back to the shop, opens the hood and fire comes out the engine area. They told me to call my insurance company. I wasn't sure why I had to call my insurance company when I went in for an oil change and after they work on my vehicle, it caught on fire. I just want my $763.07 back, since they ruined my vehicle and I had to put down a down payment on another vehicle and am now stuck with another car payment for the next few years. My rating would be zero stars. The correct address is 25752 El Paseo, Ste. A, Mission Viejo, CA 92692 Sincerely, P. Pikalov
