I have a transaction in progress with this company (as of 23 Jan. 2008) and am very frustrated with the experience. I have e-mailed and phoned trying to get information relating to my order and have not received any response. When talking to the "customer service" person who answers at the listed phone number, I get a know nothing response and a "I will have a supervisor call you". As yet I have received no return calls and as I said, all e-mail correspondance has been ignored. Credit card was charged immediately upon placing order. If I manage to complete my transaction I will definately not be doing business with this company again and would recommend anyone considering dealing with them consider another source. I will update review IF the transaction progresses.
Finished the transaction with no response ever received from anyone at Viking. Absolutely the worst communication I have ever dealt with. Although items received were as advertised, you can save yourself more than half the price and actually talk with responsive individuals by buying from the supplier who Viking apparently forwards their orders to to be drop shipped from, Mutazu.com. As I said, about half the price and much better customer support. Definately would not recommend Viking to anyone.
