Bought a hard trunk in Sept. '12 that arrived damaged - not by UPS - broken tail light pieces not even in box. Have tried to get new trunk/RA # by email, phone and chat - no one available. I'll have to dispute through bank -Never had trouble like this with ANY company before and won't buy a new one from them as a replacement.
