No Customer Service No online Banking

I have had the same experience as James W. They do not offer online payment options. They are a financial institution but only operate with checks. They charge late fees, but do not let you know that they are charging late fees. I found out today when
they called. I was told that they mail the statements out 2 weeks prior to the due date. I receive them 5 days prior to the due date because of they type of delivery they use. I explained that to the lady on the phone and her reply was "we can change the due
date". I am not sure how that will help because they will still mail out the statement 2 weeks prior to the new due date!!! I suggested online payment options to which she replied, "they are looking into it". They are a financial institution and are just now
looking into online options. I have tried to pay over the phone, but you must have someone on the other end of the phone for that to work. They are hard to get ahold of. The other suggestion was for me to mail my check without the statement. It states on the
statement that it MUST accompany payment. I asked to speak to a supervisor... I was put on hold then heard a dial tone - they HUNG UP!! I would not recommend Viewtech to anyone wanting to keep a good credit rating. They are the only company that shows up on
my credit report as late payments. They are a financial institution that in NO way, shape, or form operates as a financial institution. I wish I had seen James W's review before agreeing to use them.
