I had called this company menus-togo to see if i could settle my account with them. With all good intentions after dialing there 800 number i experienced and horrifying customer service experience from switch board attendant to the so called "Manager" of the company. come to find out that is only another stepahnie working there. The company could not put me through there manager but kept putting me in there legal department mailbox. After about 15 times of dialing consecutively and asking for manager they took my number and had someone call me and never once gave me their call back number. Neither do they wanted me to put the conversation with them or my side of the story in writing and send there way, nor do they want me to fax them. Never got fax number from them. I am SUSPICIOUS about dealing with them as they don't want to put anything in writing. And they keep threatening to report your account to the credit companies. Never do they want to talk with out yelling and will conveniently hang up on you after that. Biggest MISTAKE of my professional carrier for advertising.
