United Vinyl Windows has failed to complete warranty repairs on my energy efficient patio door/windows. There are air leaks, gaps in the joints of the window frame, pooling water inside the door frame, condensation forms on the exterior side of the panes, and the operational pane of our vertical window is out of alignment. United Windows has in many occasions failed to show up for scheduled service, failed to provide notification of canceled scheduled service and has failed to reschedule service. United Windows operates under the guise of a singular company when in fact United Windows uses multiple parent companies to purposefully avoid warranty work.
