For what it's worth. I recently visited Union Auto Service not knowing what kind of place it is, considering I've been taken by an auto repair shop more than once in my lifetime. Much to my surprise, the guy there, I think his name was Louie, was one friendly and straight-shooting vato.
He was very upfront with me about my old car from the get-go, about what my car needed now, and what I could put off so I didn't spend any money on repairs that can wait.
I do have a gripe and that is the waiting room is small and not up to today's entertainment standards, but their great service and excellent pricing not only impressed the you know what out of me, they compelled me to give Union Auto Service some words of encouragement as well as help others know that good, honest reliable and friendly mechanics do exist.
