From a former receptionist from this company.

These people are a scam. I worked there from Feb 2012-April 2012.
This is how it works. ANYONE that submits a resume, is called for an interview, They try and get you in The same day, or The fallowing day.
On The phone they will say That they sell fire equipment to residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, and that they are opening new offices, which is a lie, cause they said that for 3 months, and never even came close.
blah blah blah, they set up The interview, Depending on which is convenient for you. THEN THEY SPRING ON YOU, THAT THERES A 75$ FEE FOR A REGISTRATION FEE, AND A BACKGROUND CHECK FEE...THAT YOU WONT HAVE TO PAY TIL AFTER YOU GET "HIRED"..They will also say that it is NOT a sales position, and that there is "paid training" ...When you come in for your interview your greeted at The door, by either Lisa or The receptionist or even one of The other "IN OFFICE TRANEES" They hand you a yellow sheet of paper, and instruct you to fill out The front of it, leave The two top questions blank, and They take you into The "conference room." there, they let you fill out The paper for a second, Then come in and show you a short film. About 7 minutes long. After they write on The board that you have to sell 1000$ of The company merchandise. But they wont use The word SELL they'll use MARKET. They also tell you that you will be making commission off of what you sell.
So then they do a demonstration of The fire retardant on a piece of paper, and then leave you to fill out The top two questions. They come back and take you into The office. This point its LISA B that interviews you, She will tell you that she doesn't know if your quite qualified, and she's gonna give you a chance anyways. And then Charges you for The 75$ after you do all The paperwork for The 75$ they tell you that there will be a 99$ kit deposit fee. This is gonna be "refunded" when you make manager, The trick is, they never plan on making you manager at all. They make you come in to The office for training, spending gas money, selling The product to get 15% commission, And you have to drive to do The in home "inspection" And possibly not even sell The product.
I made friends with a lot of The people in there, and I still talk to The majority of them. Its bullshit how they scammed ppl. When I was hired, I was told it was going to be a 9-5 job. I never got paid on time, And not only that if I was working 25 hours a week she would scream at me and tell me I was working too many hours. The second you sign that paper, if you don't read The back, your consenting to a sales position and it says that you knew it was sales, and that you know The Background check is NON refundable, PLEASE don't fall for their scam. I Felt so bad after working there even for 3 months. I saw people come in who were struggling...And I let them get scammed, people with kids, people with sick families. Its sad. And that's why I quit/got laid off. I couldn't do it anymore. Lisa and I got into a screaming match the day I stopped working there. Cause i was fed up with Her minions, she brain washed alot of those people, And its sad.
