Easy to work with...The office gave me a 2hr window with 30min heads-up phone call to my cell so I could meet them back at the house. The plumber gave me the price up front, did the work, cleaned-up (my mess too), collected payment, and then they were out. The plumber was clean, funny and played with my dog.
