Point of contact person on the phone, possibly the owners son, was horribly rude, belligerent and not at ALL the person I would put on the phone for customers. Based on this experience, I would hang up and try the next person in line. I would never reward a business like this with actual jobs, they clearly are contemptuous of their customer base.
