Purchased New Murano a few weeks ago. There for 6 hours, very long process. My trade in car keys were held by dealers during the negotiation process. No one seemed to know who had the keys. Continued to listen to new deals throughout this time. Finally reached a deal that seemed reasonable. This dealt with dealership providing part cash (check format) and application of remainder of trade-in value applied to my lease. The portion that was applied to my contract deal was completed. However, two weeks have pass, and no check has been mailed for the difference in cash format. Getting massive runaround with respect to this money. Appears that a small claims will be in order unless the check show up soon. Per John, manager, monies were to be paid the evening I bought car. But, in the finance room with Pik, he said it would take a few days. He stated that monies would be in my mailbox no later than Wednesday of same week. Yet that Wednesday pass, and now another week has gone by. Seems like this dealership is in violation of deal. Considering they have my car, the $2000 should be here by now. Hmmm! Those of you contemplating a car from this dealership...Be very careful...
