I believe in quality service and Tustin Lexus should receive a -4 on their horrible customer service.
I have been a customer for the last 6 years with them and the assistance that I have received over the last several years and weeks shows that I need to consider another dealership for my new car.
In today's world we need to make informed decisions and when we requested the information by submitting the appropriate paperwork then we just got the run around. Wasted my time by going down there and would never recommend them to my worst enemy.
They really need to understand what customers do for their company and treat them with common courtesy.
