It has been almost a month now that I ordered some simple parts for a power washer. I have emailed at least (5) times regarding the status of the order (which they assigned an order number)...and there has been no response. The phone number is out of service. I didn't review the company before I ordered online....shame on me....there are a ton of bad reviews online about this company. I cannot understand why they haven't been shut down....what they are doing is criminal.....taking money...and not delivering a product.
