Poor business practices and customer service
Ordered some parts from this company. According to their site: "Estimated Delivery time is 2-5 business days for most items. Your item will be shipped within 1 day or you will be notified by email. Items are professionally shipped using a major courier from the closest warehouse." Items were ordered late on a Monday. Order processed Tuesday. It is now the following Wednesday and I have no tracking info or parts. Called phone number several times and always got an answering machine. Message states best way to contact them is to e-mail. Sent an e-mail asking for tracking number and order update. Waited 24 hours, no response. Sent another e-mail asking for an order update by noon otherwise cancel the order. Finally got a response that my parts were not in stock and had to be ordered from a distributor. It was going to be an additional 7-10 business days before it shipped. Funny that the web site said they were in stock. Had they known that they had to special order them, they should have e-mailed me, or even better not lied and said they were in stock. Asked to have order cancelled. Also disputed the charges with my bank.
