First of all, when speaking with the person who was trying very hard to get me to sign up with this company, she said specifically that TCS IS A MEMBER of the BBB, which I find out here is not true. They are very pleasant to talk to, seeming very concerned about my future. I also find that all the reviews praising this company are VERY recent, within the last month. In light of the forclosure market, I find this very suspect. Anyone can create a 5 star rating of their own company several times over. I have been in the real estate business for 15 years and have seen many 'legit' businesses use current market trends (hoping you'll jump on the band wagon) to take your money. I believe this is one of them. They're the only ones making tons of money here. Be very careful.
