I had a very positive, customer friendly chat with the manager, Lisa and her colleague, Diana. Both sounded very professional, thorough and explained to me all the details of the terms and conditions. They also sent me the forms to be filled up on the Internet. I have not yet made my "transportation cycle complete yet" but I will surely award my contract to them. I will write another review after I get my car transported.
This company, by far, has most reasonable cost structure. Eventhogh they have had 9 filed complaints against them, with Better business Bureau, They had not hidden any facts from customers.
I wish them best luck.
I wish they had discounts for Senior citizens and/or students or AAA members
