Topgear seems to be a scam.

I ordered a conversion kit for my 1989 Chevy Silverado, Topgear shipped a kit that does fit my application and refuses to address the issue. One reply I received from Topgear said they sent a kit for a car, but with a little work it would fit my truck. Correspondence back-and-forth, and all Topgear did was give me b's answers. Now they won't reply, so I guess I'm stuck with an expensive kit that won't work. A lot of money down the drain. Scammers.
