This company will hold up the closing cost of your home and make you pay all the extension fees which is 250.00 for each fifteen days. We so far have had to pay for 2 extensions and our loan docs are expiring today so we have to go down and resign. They have made sure to make this process take as long as possible and they keep asking for the same paperwork over and over. I would advise anyone who wants to buy a home to never buy a HUD home if Tiempo Escrow II is to handle the deal. This whole process would be easier if Tiempo would just respond to paperwork in a timely fashion and to have one person fallow the duration of a home from beginning to end.
