Review 8/21/2009
|
For our 2 week vacation to Florida, I bought two 2009 season passes to Universal Studios in Orlando from www.ticketmaster.com .
Their web page promised unlimited admission to parks until December. But we were able to enter the parks only once, the second entrance was denied because “the tickets are not in the system”.
Upon return home, I tried to get refund for invalid passes by contacting the ticketmaster.com through email. The fist reply, from David_ZYS781, basically stated that we were entitled for one admission to each park only. I responded with a quotation from their site: 2Park Season Pass:UNLIMITED ADMISSION. The second reply, from Eusebio_ZYS684, stated that I cannot get refund because it’s against their rules.
Also want to mention false advertising:
(1)they claim the tickets are group discounted ones, but they sell actually at a regular price that you get at the gate, plus you pay some extra to be able to print them instantly.
(2) on the web site, they also claim that the blackout dates are lifted, but on the ticket itself it states otherwise.
