Marcia Kraft Law offices is a scam. She hires young inexperienced lawyers fresh out of law school to do her work. She is an unhealthy overweight woman who travels by wheel chair. Consequently, she hires young inexperienced lawyers/assistants to work for her. Her lawyer/assistants do not have the intentions to fight your case. Their intention is to prolong and delay the hearing as much as possible while racking in the attorney fees. They are intimidated by going in front of the judge so they do everything they can to not do so. This means they prolong the court hearing, rack up all the fees, and their intention from the beginning is to settle or bargain with the other party. As it comes closer to the court hearing, she will try to bargain or settle. If, bargaining or settling will not be a consensus among the parties Marcia will then want a overwhelming amount of money before she shows up to court. She does this after racking up fees in the entire course prior to the court hearing of which she delayed from the very beginning.
Also, you will also notice the there will be a miscommunication between you and her team because she will assign an inexperienced lawyer/assistant to work your case. Her assistant will relay all the information to her with intentions only to gain job experience and rack up attorney fees. I realized that everyone's goal was different. My goal is to go to court and fight my case. Marcia's lawyer assistant''s goal was only to gain experience and prevent from going against other lawyers. Marcia's goal is to direct an inexperienced team of lawyer/assistants while not leaving her office or picking up a phone. Marcia does not have your best interest. She forgets viable information maybe intentionally for reasoning to delay and make more money.
