Avoid these people 8/27/14

The person (a male) representing this business sounded agreeable enough on the phone. This turned out to be a sham. While not overly hostile in person, he was rude, did not seem to understand the rental process, did not know much about the properties,
was exceptionally unprofessional, became defensive to save face, and was less than helpful. These people charge $35 for a credit check even if there are other applications ahead of yours for a property--which means you will pay for the check (and take the
hit to your credit) even though you likely will not be considered for the rental. On the phone, they misrepresented the deposit, the application process and the cost of applying. There are many red flags here. I strongly advise avoiding this business.
