Avoid this company! They're only interested in billing you and don't care about what happens next. There's only a bimbette who calls herself Estephany answering the phones as long as there are no issues. This is the 3rd week that they have my car, way past their final delivery date and I still have no idea where it is or when its arriving. I talked to Estephany yesterday regarding the delay and the delivery date of the car which she was clueless about but promised to find out and call me back, of course she never did. I did tried calling her back yesterday afternoon but they're not answering their phones and don't even provide voice mail. I should have known who I was dealing with when they missed the pickup dates and offered no alternative but to drive my to a location an hour away from my house, with no compensation. Of course I had to call them several times to get the drop-off location, they never called me back with the details.
Don't be fooled by their false advertising the they're America's #1 Transport Specialist and one of America's largest, they're a rinky dink operation with one bimbette employee and a few cellphones.
