I had signed up with this company because of the SO GOOD PROMISING to help me with my mortgage modification in Jan 2010. They immediately collected the $3950 by drafting it to my checking account. to make story short, its hard to get a hold of them to follow up, you dont know what's the status of your process of the loan modification up to now May 2011 i have not heard from them nor any result for my modification, I have been calling numerous times but always busy signal....i think this company is SCAM no wonder according to BBB there rating is bold "F". i will consult an attorney to get my money back and will file a complaint to Consumer Affairs California against this company.
