Like the others said, I've been waiting 2 weeks with no response. My order just says, "in processing". I bought the item through But It Now on their eBay account, paid immediately, contacted them immediately to make sure everything was in order. No response. Then eBay emailed me that their account had been hacked, and has been taken offline, and that I probably would not get my item. I login to techsunny.com, and for the last week it just says my order is "in processing". No answers to my emails.
I call them morning noon and night, no answer, and the mailboxes are full. On a whim, I tried other voicemail box numbers like 102 and 103, and I hear a man's voice saying, "Don't buy from Techsunny. Run away. Stay away. Bad company." I don't know if their whole company has been hacked or what. This is not looking good, and I really hope I get my $500 back.
