It is true that they request endless documents few days before closing day. TJ financial fails to mention or notify request earlier. After preparing requested document to TJ financial on schedule, they didn't mention anything until last minute. If TJ financial ask high price of processing fee, document fee, and underwriting fee, they should do their homework and let borrower feel it worth price to work with them.
Their service brings Very very bad impression to me. Please aware your choice to TJ financial and request them physical signature/paper approval once they receive your documents. Also, they request high limit of Home insurance as well. Please be aware! This is not friendly and reasonable mortgage broker!
