I really appreciated our sales guy (Ross) who was very patient and helpful. We actually rescinded an inked deal with another provider to go with Swan. We got a great deal with Sharp panels and Enphase micro-inverters (with gateway). Although we installed a smaller (1.9 kWh), they were just as enthusiastic and attentive to our needs without trying to upsell. The actual install took just 3 days total, and total start (contract signing) to finish (L.A. County inspection) took about a month. They handled all the permitting and rebate paperwork to make it a painless install. We are happy to recommend their service and will use them again if we upgrade, or install another system elsewhere.
