If your not a dealer or buying 20 units at a time don't order a scooter online and go see a dealer that gives a warranty. I'm a dealer in south fl and see this once a week we have to put the scooter together $150 and charge to use our dealer license $200 so the client can register its standard why would they care about one guy when people like me order a 100 units at a time and i don't ask them for free stuff have a licensed repair shop but the vehicle together because even if you fix cars scooters are different and you have to know how to do it screw it up and then complain theres like 50 step you have to take even if 95% put together
