Avoid this company like the plague! I purchased their clip-on bangs, paying an additional $10 for a custom width (only 1 inch wider than the standard bangs). When the bangs arrived, not only were they not the custom width I had paid for, but the hair was all knotted up where it was sewn to the base and when I very gently tried to comb through the hair, big clumps just fell right out. I repeatedly attempted to contact the company by phone and email but received no response. I finally returned the bangs with a detailed letter explaining why they were unsatisfactory and requesting a refund, but I received no response, refund or exchange. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but surprise, surprise, Sultry Hair failed to respond to the complaint. So basically I threw away $70 and have nothing to show for it. Don't make the same mistake I did.
