Steve has been working on my Mercedes Benz, BMW's and Rolls Royce for over 14 years now. I was originally recommended to Steve’s International (formally International Service & Parts) by the Attorney from whom I purchased my Corniche Rolls.
What I like best is that Steve will take whatever time is necessary to talk to me and explain what is wrong (or right) with my cars and what my options are. Steve diagnoses the problem(s)with my Mercedes and then will educate me about the problem(s) so I feel empowered in my decision(s).
Sometimes there are no options - the job is going to be expensive because the only OEM supplier is Mercedes Benz or BMW. Other times, it may be an issue where Steve can (and will) provide me with a less expensive alternative. This said, Steve will refuse work if he feels that you want him to do something that may create a hazard to your safety.
As far as I know, Steve's International Automotive is one of the few non-dealership auto repair shops in the Palm Beach area with a mechanic certified by Rolls Royce. (And about 1/2 the labor cost than the Rolls Royce dealership.) I have had an opportunity to interact with some of Steve's other customers over the years and we all agree on three things: 1.) We trust Steve's International 2.) Steve’s hourly rates are very fair 3.) We all have and will continue to recommend Steve's International Automotive to work our imported cars, especially BMW, Mercedes Benz, and Rolls Royce!
