I am extremely disappointed with this Company. I am not insured with this company but was rear ended by a car that is. I e-mailed them a copy of the police report and the driver admitted fault. I called many times and am being told that there is a question on whether the driver of the car at the time of the accident is covered by their policy. Due to the question of coverage for the car and driver they informed me they have to do an investigation and they are allowed 30 days by the State of California to complete the investigation. I don't see any good reason why it should take so much investigation because there is a police report that identifies the driver and the only thing that I can see that they have to do is identify the relationship to the person who holds the policy and whether they will pay for the damage to my car. It has been one week since the accident and they have not been able to tell me anything more than what they told me a week ago on the day of the accident. I hope they are not just trying to avoid paying for the damage. In any case, I want to move on and if the insurance company doesn't pay then I want to file the papers to sue the driver.
