I'll try and keep this brief:
After the most demeaning vehicle purchase I've ever had to endure (see my Yelp review), I felt beaten up, backed into a corner... whatever cliche you can imagine by Tony (the "closer") after being lured in by a dozen calls from Bill (the nice guy).
6 months to get a response from my BBB complaint, which afforded no actual resolution
7 months to get my license plates, and only after I had to go to the DMV myself
7 months waiting on reimbursement minor repairs promised in writing
1 complaint filed with the DMV which is now under investigation
I'm now forced to pursue small claims court over just $300 dollars in repairs.
