I had a bad experience also with this company. I was basically told I did not order the correct parts and it was my fault. I wrote a letter of the situation to the company and was told to call them. I talked with a so called customer service / tech support person named Art. This person was extremely condescending and then he said ignorance is not their fault. I said are you saying I am ignorant? I called and explained that I am not a automobile mechanic but when a person calls your support technicians asking for guidance on which clutch parts you will need for the job, I expect to get the correct answers. (customer service) If someone gave you the wrong parts or lack of parts in this case wouldn't you think they would be willing to help rectify this with taking some responsibility in the misunderstanding between their company and you as a customer. Not these guys... But this really brought out my inner anger when I heard the ignorance word come out of a so called customer service employee. I was told by him to go look up the word ignorance. I had asked him to let me speak several times but he would not stop insinuating this was all my fault. OMG they need a serious course in customer complaint resolution. I will never do business with them again. I recommend that no one else does business with them either. I can not imagine what it would be like if I had a defective auto part purchased from their company and installed it on my automobile. You would never get your refund from them. They would try to place a spin on the story and blame it on the installation by you or your mechanic. DON'T RECOMEND ASNYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!
