Is this companpy real or a fraud? I ordered a ring on January 5, 2010 and paid for 2 day shipping. They posted the charges to my Credit Card, however, I have not received anything. I've made several phone calls and they never call back. Today the mailbox was full. There emails come back non deliverable. I want my credit card credited for the $$'s I charged. This is totally crazy. Does anyone know about this website or place of business? I am at a loss as to what to do.
