STAY AWAY!!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH! DO NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR, but that is the lowest I can give. This company seemed to be very customer service oriented when reading their ads and their website. I was also pleasantly surprised by the low prices. When I called about an 08 Tundra, I was informed it was sold, but that they had a silver one available. I thought this was weird cuz I emailed about the silver one two days prior and was told it was sold. I asked the sales guy over the phone to verify it was the correct car that he still had, 35,926 miles for $17,499, he put me on hold for about two minutes, came back, and informed me it was available. I asked again are you sure, giving him the stock number because it was over an hour drive from our home to them, and he said thats the one we have. When we got there (about 3 hours later) no one came out to help, at all. SO we walked around, then went into the office. Not very friendly. They took us out back to the tundra......It was a totally different Tundra! Had 55k plus miles and running boards and tinted windows and different wheels. When we brought up the differences and told the guy it was the wrong truck, he said, no this is it. SO I said you are telling me you put 15,000+ miles on it, a tint, and running boards, and changed the tires all in the past 3 hours. Then he went inside and a different guy came out to try to convince us it was the same truck. Then I made them pull up the ad on auto trader and sure enough, it was not the same truck. All along they kept asking us if we were interested in a nice black one out front! BAIT AND SWITCH- $1500 more then the one we were interested in online. After rude treatment and not many apologies for us driving out there for no reason, we left (which was the best thing we did all day). While still in the parking lot, in our car, my husband called to complain to the manager. He was so rude (he didn't even want to admit he was manger, and probably wasn't) and denied even having the car listed on auto trader even though we just looked at it 3 minutes prior with 2 of his employees. After arguing over this for about 5 minutes he finally apologized that we drove so far and asked us how much we could pay for either of the two tundras they had. He gave us a decent price on the phone, BUT THANKFULLY we drove away, cuz we just felt they were the shadiest dealer of all time!!!! Now reading on here, I see I am not the only victim. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO STAY AWAY!!!!! Cigarette burns in seats and dings, dents and scratches all over, as well as rust. Didn't even get to see the frame structure, but it was probably tore up! They just need to be honest and upfront from the beginning whether cars are available and condition of cars. Their website says they want to create customers for life, which is what we were ready to do and to recommend them to all our friends and family, but instead we are driving happily in a tundra from another dealer. Follow your gut feeling about this shady company.
