My sales experience was OK, but this place never followed through with anything they said they would. I have had the car back for service twice or three times, and for issues with the vehicle 4-5 times. I still have not received my license plates and when I traded my truck in for the car I purchased, it took over a month to get my loan paid off. They paid it on the last day before I got a 30 day late on my credit.
I have a really irritating series of vibration noises coming from the dash, and they, despite numerous attempts, have not been able to find nor fix the problem. Not only did they yell at me over the phone telling me to "BRING THE CAR BACK!!!" about a loaner they needed but I couldn't return for a few hours due to business, but it seems like a 5 year old took my dash apart and put it back together by all the noises and rattles up there. If you can, get your car serviced somewhere else.
