SHADY, SHADY, SHADY!!!

My new car was totaled and when I tried to get a (partial) refund on the Warranty/Gap Ins(which I didn't need/want to begin with!)they avoided calls/emails for a month til I filed w/the BBB. Then they claimed that my insurance (AAA)wasn't handling it properly. Paperwork was sent for refund and I have not recieved confirmation of receipt, nor have my follow up email to Mr. Moloci or calls to the Finance Mgr been returned.I emailed Subaru Corporate in regards to Mr. Moloci's excuses and how the dealership has been unresponsive, uncooperative and has not returned my calls. Amy M., Subaru of America's customer/dealer relations rep. replied: "Your conversation with Mr. Moloci is concerning because the regular procedure for cancellation (which can be done) is to contact your selling dealer. You have contacted the dealership and so have I and we had little success. I've asked you for the required documents because South Coast Subaru is not following up on our request." I have since sent my information to Subaru Corporate, and they are going to handle the warranty refund. However, Subaru Corp cant refund the Gap Ins, so South Coast Subaru still owes me that.
