This dealership was not honest with me. I did a lease buyout. Acura financial quoted me a payoff of 21543, Southcoast added 370 to the payoff and did not disclose as the law is clear on disclosures, that this was a fee for the dealer to process my lease buyout paperwork and do the DMV work in addition to the 256 in DMV fees that they charged and did disclose. The finance manager Debbie misled me into thinking I had no warranty left on my car which I did as it was low mileage approx 15700 miles and then proceeded to sell me a extended warranty that was 100% higher than all other Acura dealers for the same program. They still have not paid my DMV fees and overcharged me on the fees per the DMV rep I spoke to. They are not helpful in getting information back to the customer and when I send Ms. Ivie the finance manager emails instead of being helpful and customer service oriented, she responds with "Look at your contract" I have another Acura but will never do business with this dealer ever again.
