Worst customer service ever! I bought my car at Huntington Beach Mitsubishi (whole different story, but not a good one either) and have had all my service completed there. Upon driving my oil plug fell out and all my oil drained out, causing my engine to seize. Due to my car being under warranty I used Mitsubishi roadside assistance which automatically tows to the nearest dealership, which was South Coast. After they examined my car they told me it was impossible for my oil plug to fall out since it had been 3000miles since my last oil change (even though that is exactly what happened) and that warranty wouldn't cover it because they would have to prove that a part was defective, and since my oil plug fell out somewhere in the middle of traffic and I didn't have it, it was not covered under warrant. My car is only 2yrs old and has 25,000 miles on it and they are telling me that I am responsible for a new engine, insane!!
