I bought a 2008 Acura TL from South Coast Mitsubishi expecting the car to be in good shape. When I test drove the car it was missing the DVD for the navigation system to work but the salesman told me no problem we have it in the owner’s manual. Then I asked him about the cigarette smell and once again he said it goes away with time but if not we can have the car detailed. We decided to buy the car and once again asked the sales manager Eric Rayle about the Navigation DVD and he said no problem I’ll get you one if its missing. It’s about 100 dollars at my cost if I have I to buy one from Acura. It’s now been almost a month and no Navigation DVD and the car still smells like cigarette. Unfortunately that's the least of my problems after further inspection of the vehicle there were other major mechanical problems that should have been addressed but apparently the dealership was more interested in a fast buck than selling a quality product or keeping a customer happy with their purchase. I've made several attempts to resolve the problems but I keep getting the run around from the Sales Manager Eric. He always states he has to talk to his managers before he can do anything. Its now been 3 weeks and still no answer. I bought the car this year 4/11
