The management and customer service at this dealership is TERRIBLE. Starting with Mike Marin, the general manager.
After 30 of having my trade-in in their possession they called me to tell me that I needed to re-take possession of the trade-in because there was a "problem" with the title of the car they had sold me. Nothing on the CARFAX report nor on DMV records shows any issues with title. They REFUSED to payoff the loan on the trade-in.
I had to file a complaint with the DMV's investigation office and retain a lawyer to proceed with this issue. To date no resolution has been made.
I would avoid this dealership at all costs.
