The folk at Skips tire seem nice and friendly until they break parts of your car and refuse to make it right. I went in for new tires and ended up not only with the incorrect size of tire but with two broken hubcap centers which then cost me over $90 to replace. I figured Skips would make things right, but boy was I wrong. They claimed that the parts were already broken and about ready to fall off and refused to cover the replacement caps. The manager was completely unhelpful and obviously had never heard of customer service or the simple fact of "you break it you buy it".
