Fraud and be aware!

The guy is a total fraud! DON'T USE HIM. We have a kitchen sink clogged and called him. I asked him is the typical $65-70 charge is okay for this job and he agreed. A little later he give us an invoice for $380, after negotiation, at the end we paid him $260.
The worst part is the next morning, THE SINK CLOGGED AGAIN and we never used it in anyway. We called him the next day and he would not come to finish the job, and he would not pick up the phone again. I would give him zero star if there is an option. I will take him to small claim court shortly.
